Grace and Garrett will be hard to top. His little extra touches for Grace, straws, and their banter kept me reading. Grace has decided to find a man to settle down with. She is done with dating going nowhere, and ready to settle down. Garrett is loving the single life; he will not settle down. While the two have over the top chemistry, they do not agree on the important topic of marriage. But when Garrett agrees to help Grace find Mr. Right, the fun begins. Garrett is swoon worthy!

Grace & Garrett romance was so much fun. The banter between the two was so good and hilarious. This is a friends-to-lovers romance, Garrett isn't looking for love or a relationship and Grace is looking for her prince charming. Their chemistry is so strong and they care so much for each other.
Grace is the nanny of Garrett’s sisters kids the scene at the coffee shop where Bradley yells out to the man to ask him to marry his nanny was priceless. I loved seeing some of the characters from her others books in this story. Overall this was so good and I highly recommend this book.

Garrett and Grace are one of my new favourite book couples. Their banter was on point and I found myself LOL at so many of their little sayings.
Grace is looking for a guy to settle down with, she’s not interested in one night stands. While she’s out one night she sets her sights on the hot bartender, Garrett, until her friend tells her that she knows him and he is the one man in town who will never settle down.
There’s an instant connection between them though and plenty of flirty banter, but when Garrett finds out that Grace is looking for something serious he offers to help her find Mr Right.
I absolutely loved the maze scene…. IYKYK!
If you love a small town, friend to lovers romance with lots of spice and hilarious moments then you will want to read this 🩵

This was my first Harloe Rae book and it was so good!! It had me kicking and screaming. I laughed out loud so many times. Garrett is so funny and was such a golden retriever when it came to Grace.
It’s almost like love at first sight but both think it won’t work due to Garrett’s forever single status. He doesn’t want a serious relationship thanks to his ex, and Grace is looking to settle down. So the only reasonable thing to do? Be best friends while Garrett helps her find “the one.”
This arrangement doesn’t last very long without them entering somewhat of a fake relationship. But was it ever really fake!?
I loved Garrett and Grace so much! Can’t wait to read anything else Harloe writes. This is a must read!

I really wanted to love this one, but the cringeworthy dialogue really made that impossible for me. I think that the story & plot itself had potential to be something great, but for me it just didn’t work.

This book is actually a two star read *for me*. I originally gave this book a two stars but decided to add another star because I genuinely just don’t think it’s for me. The reason I say this is I don’t like romance novels when a main character agrees to/suggest one thing when they want another (grace asking for a one night when she knows she wants commitment) nor a man chasing a woman when it’s made clear he can’t/won’t/doesn’t want to provide her with what she clearly wants. A woman sticking around thinking/hoping/expecting a man to change for her ALWAYS grosses me out. I also don’t like the insta love trope
Additionally I did not like this authors style of writing there were a lot of puns but that wasn’t my issue with the writing. What I didn’t like was that I felt like both the inner thoughts of these characters & the dialogue between these characters was so unnatural. I was literally thinking “obody talks like that!” I almost quit this book at 10% then again at 60% but I’m not a DNF kinda girl.
I also didn’t like how quickly Garett moved once he decided he was interested. Roles completely reversed I almost got whip lash lol.
What I did like about this was it was a unique type of friends to lovers. I never seen a friendship START in a friends to lovers novel, BOTH characters be initially attracted to each other & then become partners. I have read FWB to lovers but I still don’t consider this that type of romance novel.
I don’t know if I’ll read anymore by this author but I am intrigued by the side characters stories Joy/Cole, Harper/, & Ridge/Callie

I think this might be my favorite Harloe Rae book yet! 😍
Grace has decided that she's giving up on the one night stands life & she's searching for Mr. Right. But then she goes to the bar with her friend & is instantly attracted to Garrett, the bartender. Despite his attempts to charm her pants off, Grace determines they can only be friends unless he's ready for commitment. So he sets out to "help" her find Mr. Right which inspires some really fun scenes throughout the book.
This is one of the funniest books I’ve read in quite awhile! Their banter is just so much fun & when he's "helping" her find Mr. Right by sending her photos of models?! I laughed so hard at the scene where she tried to subtly call him out on his game. I really loved all the fun cocktails that he made for her & all the fun straws he used after she called him / the bar out for having such tiny straws.
Grace is a rather confident plus sized woman (as she should be!) & has a run in with a jerk at the bar. But the way that Garrett came to her rescue?! Melted my heart straight into a puddle! I really liked the way the plus sized rep was done in this book! The way he worshipped her & her curves in all the intimate scenes was perfect 🩵

Grace is ready to settle down & looking for a committed relationship only. Garrett wants her in basically any capacity he can have her so they become close friends. He tells her he’ll help her find Mr. Matrimony & she’ll ward off some of the unwanted attention from all the women around town. So what happens when their chemistry can’t be denied anymore & the lines of their friendship become blurred…
The banter between these two is unmatched! Garrett & Grace are one of my new favorite book couples. I related to Grace a lot & how insecure she feels with her curves & I loved the fact that Garrett loved them, always making sure she knew just how perfect she was in his eyes. I also love the fact that Grace is a curvy gal with the insecurities that sometimes go with it. But I love the fact that she embraces her curves and fights the insecurities in her head and in the world.
Now Garrett, bartender extraordinaire. He is everything you would want in a hero, except for a past that has scarred him to the point where he is determined to stay single forever. He has quite the reputation in Knox Creek, and it takes someone like Grace to really see him.

Garrett and Grace meet and they are both attracted to each other, but soon find out they want very different things. Garrett is happily single, and Grace wants her Prince Charming. They both like each other so they decide to become friends, and Garrett is going to help find her prince. The more time they spend together the more they feel. Can they be together? Great characters and storyline Highly recommended Amazing Book. I absolutely love Garrett and Grace and their dynamic. Great supporting characters. This book has humor, sarcasm, and the absolute best banter. Friends to lovers is my favorite trope and it is done perfectly in this book.

Yours to Catch is a fun, insanely flirty, and heartfelt story. Grace is ready to settle down and say goodbye to hook ups. Garrett is the hot bartender with all the cheesy flirty banter that will never settle down. The moment these two see each other the chemistry is there and hard to ignore, but once they find out each others dating goals, they are friend zoning each other. Until Garrett offers to help Grace. These two take us on a hilariously banter filled journey that will have Garrett giving you all the cheese and flirty lines that you can’t help but laugh. As these two spend more time together the closer they become, but won’t cross that line that becomes harder to ignore. Will these two give in or will their past experiences and stubborn ways ruin what possibly could be amazing? I loved their story and could not put it down!

This was the absolute cutest friends to lovers romance! I really enjoyed how they didn’t start out as friends but instead we got to see them go from strangers to friends to lovers. Grace is looking for the love of her life and Garrett has sworn off relationships (of course) so while Grace is attracted to Garrett, she doesn’t want to waste her time on something that isn’t serious. I enjoyed their interactions and the way they got to know each other and had their own little quirks for each other. What will change to make Garrett realize that he doesn’t have to hold onto his past hurt and can let someone love him instead?

I really enjoyed this book! Grace and Garrett were adorable together. Honestly, I’ve never been super into the “small town” romance trope before, but this one and the first book in this series, Wrong For You, have both been excellent. The chemistry between them was sizzling! And I loved that she wanted a commitment but he definitely did not (due to being hurt in the past)… she didn’t push him or try to change his mind, just let him be himself and come around on his own. This was a fantastic read!

This friends to lovers story had me laughing and falling in love right from the start. The banter and chemistry between Grace and Garrett is off the charts. I’m still smiling over words and scenes that continue to make me giggle like a little kid. There’s nothing like reading in public and you start laughing so hard you struggle to breathe. Then everyone stares. That was me with this story. You need this in your life. Grab it and enjoy.

He may have sworn to be forever single, but resisting Grace is impossible. Garrett’s going to have to go all in if he wants to get his girl because she is all about the knight in shining armor with the fairy tale ending. Grace is the girl you cherish and never let go.

I must be in an alternate reality, because this book has a ton of great reviews, but pretty early on this author wrote “shero worship” as if there isn’t already a feminine form of the word hero in existence. Maybe unnecessary made up words don’t bother you, let’s move on to when she writes “Then I hop out of the cab to rescue the stereotype attempting to cross the road.” When I tell you she is talking about a turtle…I audibly gasped. This is only slightly less nonsensical than the part of the story where Garrett describes Grace as sweeter than frosting on apple pie, because everyone associates frosting with apple pie & turtles with crossing roads. The dialogue was so absurd, it was like they just said let’s see how many different juvenile ways we can say penis and vagina or use different euphemisms for sex acts. Getting kicked out of the flag football game because they couldn’t keep their hands off each other for ONE PLAY, ridiculous. There is hot & steamy & sexy and then there is campy & lazy & silly. I’ll let you guess what this was. You can not convince me a professional wrote this book. And if they did, it had to be a dare.

I DNF'd this at 43% when the author inserted a positive review of her own writing and specifically 'Leave him Loved' in the words of her FMC.
Lots of folks have covered the excessive and almost aggressive use of euphemisms for genitals, etc... It isn't to my taste and felt fairly overblown and juvenile.
I did get a good giggle from the fmc referring to her hometown as "an expansive city" of under 100k people, though.
Edit to note that this is my first time reading her books, and I don't plan to try another.

Even though these two share an immediate attraction, they want things in life that are at complete opposite ends of the spectrum. Grace wants a committed relationship that will hopefully lead to her HEA, and Garrett refuses to get involved in a relationship due to things from his past. Grace is adamant about not compromising her dreams, so they decide to strike up a friendship.
This one was a bit more quirky than I’m used to from this author, but I was not mad. She’s not afraid to go a bit outside the norm with her descriptions or words that she uses. A few examples include: penis fly trap and meat sword. If this isn’t your thing, I’m not so sure this will be the book for you.
I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of different spice elements throughout the story. Of course you have the classic dirty talking hero, but there’s also the usage of bedroom accessories, mirrors, and some entry level back door play. The best part, IMO, is the fact that Garrett is a man who not only appreciates a plus size figure, but loves to worship a woman with extra curves and make her feel desired. Getting his thoughts on how he viewed Grace’s body was making me feel desirable and more confident with my curves!
I can’t leave a review and not mention THE ONION RING SCENE! I will never look at onion rings the same. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard, out loud, over a book in my life. I was so tickled by it and I’d go as far as saying it was one of my favorite parts of the book. I don’t think I’ll be able to think of this book in the future and not think of this scene! It will live rent free in the back of my mind for some time to come!
I greatly appreciated that the author didn’t immediately end the book when the characters finally saw eye to eye. I liked getting to see the couple navigate their relationship with the compromises they made. There was a small twist towards the end that seemed a bit random to me. I felt like the book would’ve been a well rounded story, even without it.

Yours To Catch is a sweet friends to lovers romance that will have you laughing out loud throughout and is Grace and Garrett's extremely addictive story.
Grace may only be twenty three but she knows what she wants, she wants a husband and a family, she's looking for forever and she wants it as soon as possible. Which is why she shouldn't be extremely attracted to their small town's most ineligible bachelor.
Garrett has been hurt in the past and has sworn off relationships, they only lead to pain and he's not willing to let his heart be broken again but that doesn't stop the sparks from flying between him and Grace. He's a casual kind of guy he can give Grace an phenomenal night but he can't give her everything she wants and deserves.
So what's the best thing to do when you're incredibly attracted to the one person you can't have? Become friends and help her find her perfect guy. Surely nothing will go wrong with that plan?!

This was such a sweet and fun friends-to-lovers romance. Garrett and Grace could not have been more polar opposite when it came to their views on relationships. Garrett is not looking for love or a relationship, while Grace is looking for her prince charming.

There’s an instant connection between them, but when Garrett realizes shes looking for more than a one night stand, he offers to be her wingman and help her find her Mr. Right. But will he be able to swear off being single forever or will resisting Grace be an impossible feat?
This book is narrated in dual by Joe Arden and Avery Caris, and they did such a phenomenal job! They nailed the humor, dirty jokes, sexually charged banter, tension, and spicy times effortlessly. Don’t even get me started on the onion ring scene! I dont think I’ll ever be able to look at them the same way again!
Joe brought the swoon, cheesy lines, playfulness, and flirty banter to the forefront of this story. It’s been a long time since I’ve laughed so much in a book, and Joe had no issues with rendering that problem. And every time he called Grace “soulmate” just melted my heart or melted my Kindle.
Avery brought the fun, loving, curvacious Grace to life impeccably! Even with the insecurities in her head about her body, she also embraced her curves beautifully! Avery nailed Grace’s hopeless romantic side and desire for happily ever after exquisitely! This was also my first time hearing her kid’s voice, and they were phenomenal! Can’t wait to hear more of her work!

I'll eat anything Harloe Rae writes and especially a book with an incredible plus size heroine. Grace is me and I'm Grace. I loved each minute of this book because of her. I loved her confidence, her passion, her insecurities cause they made her so relatable and of course her hopeless romantic side cause it's time to embrace it more and take the shame that it's creeping around it. I found it so beautiful that she wanted to find her forever man and that she had her list when it came to what she deserved because she deserved the world. And I'm so glad she found that in Garrett cause that man was made for her and he was her other half. They may have been total opposites on what they wanted on their love life but they found a common ground due to their incredible chemistry and need for eachother. You could see their attraction and desperation for eachother. Hw they needed to spend their free time together like they were eachother's addiction. Garrett was so carefree, set on being single and such a possessive and protective golden retriever as a hero. He would do anything for Grace and he did. I loved how he was attracted to her from the first moment, how he loved everything about her and how he praised her every time. I was gone for them like they were gone for eachother. Their intimate and sexy moments gave me everything I needed for this book to become my comfort and the epilogue gave them the perfect ending these two beautiful people deserved. Totally a must read cause I literally couldn't put it down!

Now I love pretty much anything by Harloe Rae and this was no exception. It was super cute, ultra sweet, and like the perfect cocktails Garrett serves up at Roosters Bar.... it had me savoring every last drop!
